Central Coast Bathroom Renovations is a referral service for homeowners between Woy Woy and The Entrance who want a bathroom, ensuite or laundry renovated. You tell us about the room, a site visit is organised, and the builder who would do the job gives you a written price.
We do not swing hammers ourselves, and we think you should know that from the start.
The builder
Renovation work is carried out in partnership with Coastal Renovation Group, a licensed NSW builder. Licence and insurance details are provided on request — just ask at the site visit or any time before signing. You can then check the licence yourself on the NSW Fair Trading public register.
Things you will not see on this site
Star ratings or testimonials. The site is new, so there are none to show, and we are not going to make any up.
A price over the phone. Coast bathrooms range from sound estate ensuites to fibro rooms with rotten floors. Guessing helps nobody.
Promises about approvals. Central Coast Council, certifiers and owners corporations make those decisions, not us.
Why focus on the Coast
Because the region's homes have their own quirks. Weekender cottages on the peninsula, split-levels on the hills behind Terrigal, 1980s veneer around Kincumber and Berkeley Vale, estates toward Hamlyn Terrace, holiday units at The Entrance — plus salt air and humidity everywhere. Knowing those patterns makes for better advice and fewer nasty surprises.
How a job runs
Site visit, layout, selections, a fixed written price, an asbestos check where the house is old enough, then roughly three to four weeks on site for a main bathroom. In NSW the deposit cannot be more than 10 per cent. The details are on the renovation process and cost pages.
